Your owner's manual for the LG - 4.3 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle High-Efficiency Steam Front-Loading Washer - Graphite Steel, Model # WM3370HVA does not list error code "EL", however, it does show an "LE" error code as indicating that the motor is locked which could be due to too heavy a wash load. Large and heavy sized loads will put a strain on the motor causing the LE error code to be displayed. Resetting the washer and reducing the size of the load will normally resolve the error. To reset the washer, press the Start/Pause button to turn the washer off. Unplug the washer from the power outlet. If you are unable to reach the outlet to unplug the washer, turn it off by turning the circuit breaker for that outlet off. Then with the power disabled, press and hold the Start/Pause button for 5 seconds. Plug the washer back in or turn the circuit breaker back on and the error code should be cleared. If the code persists, you will need to schedule a repair service.
