Yes they do. Make sure that you turn off the water faucets and disconnect your old hoses before they deliver. The delivery guys almost did not install the washer as my old machine's hoses were frozen to the faucet due to calcium and lime deposits. They didn't want to force things and bust my pipes. I totally understand. They don't want the liability. If you can't get your hoses disconnected, don't force it. Get a plumber and save yourself the tragedy of a flooded basement . They took my old machines away. No issues.
