• I believe it can be stacked, but you will not be able to reach any of the buttons and controls. Unless you're a giant. So I would not recommend stacking them.

• Stacking works great for us. I reach all controls. Of course I tower at 5 feet 10 inches. Key is not using the elevated base most want to sell customers. Just buy the machines and a stacking kit. Owned ours for a few years. Use it daily with 1-2 loads daily.
