“How do you change water temperature? When I turn to cold it changes wash from normal setting.”

Hello there, Barb! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand that adjusting the water temperature on your WT6100CW washer has been challenging. To change the water temperature without altering the wash cycle, make sure to select the desired cycle first, and then adjust the temperature setting afterward. You can do this by pressing the Water Temp button until your preferred option is highlighted.
