Yes. This is exactly what we did. The new washer is almost identical, in dimension, to the old model that it replaced. The inside drum/capacity of the new washer was slightly larger, but the outside cabinet measurements were the same. It fit perfectly on top.

Both the washing machine and dryer are able to be stacked using the KSTK1 stacking kit. ^CP
