The owner's manual for the LG - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle High-Efficiency Front-Loading Washer with Steam and Wi-Fi Connectivity - Graphite Steel, Model # WM5000HVA explains that you should not use powdered or liquid color-safe bleach in the Liquid Bleach Compartment for the washer and that if you want to use Liquid or powdered color-safe bleach then you should add it to the main wash compartment with detergent of the same type. If you are using Liquid Detergent, then you should use Liquid color-safe bleach and make sure tha the liquid detergent cup and insert are in place. If you are using powdered detergent, then you should use powdered color-safe detergent and when using those, make sure you remove the insert and the liquid detergent cup from the compartment otherwise your powdered detergent and powdered color-safe bleach will not dispense...^IFV
