If you look at the image of the LG 4.5 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity TurboWash® Washer w/ NFC Tag On, Model # WM4270HVA, you will notice the drain pump cover behind which are the drain pump filter and a drain hose located in the lower right corner of the unit as you stand in front of it. It is recommended that you periodically clean the drain filter to prevent clogging by foreign objects...^IFV

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You would need to tip the washer on its side, before you do this remember to put the drum locking bolts back in or you WILL damage the unit. Best advice is to check and clean the pump filter regularly.
