• how close is your washer to your dryer? Mine clackety clacks on spin if I didn't have something soft stuffed in-between. Guess that's why LG recommends 4" distance.

• This is one of the quietest machines I have owned. Did you make sure whoever installed it removed the shipping bolts from the back of the washer?
