Is this apartment friendly, like a portable washer null

I live in an apartment and I have this in my kitchen. I would not say it’s portable, it is all 1 unit and it’s pretty big. But I absolutely love it and I’m happy I purchased it. It cleans well and has many different settings and it dries a full large load in 40 minutes.
