“How much clearance does the unit need in the back If all the connections including the vent are recessed in the back wall? I have very limited depth space. Can it be pushed against the wall or would an inch of space be ok?”

Hi Fred. To ensure sufficient clearance for water inlet hoses, drain hose and airflow, for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG Single Unit Front Load LG WashTower™ with Center Control™ 4.5 cu. ft. Washer and 7.4 cu. ft. Electric Dryer, Model # WKE100HVA you need to allow minimum clearances of at least 1'' (2.5 cm) at the sides and 4'' (10 cm) behind the appliance. Be sure to allow for wall, door, or floor moldings that may increase the required clearances...^Ivan
