Based on the wash cycle you would really need to data log a cycle. The actual start and wash cycle cant be much, the high point is going to be the ramp up to full spin. The add listing would be W = V X A, so 1200, based on circuit sizing it shouldn't pull over that peak. Based on the machine ramp up it probably has an EC motor which would reduce the inrush. I dont see FLA or locked rotor amps listed in the add, maybe the manufacturer can respond or someone that has one apart and can see the name plate.
