“New washer will only wash 3 bath towels per cycle. LG factory rep said that is just the way it is with new machine. Is this correct- Very disappointed”

While this unit has a 4.5 cu. ft. capacity and should handle more than three bath towels, it’s essential to distribute laundry evenly to prevent unbalanced loads.
