Can this washer be used in Europe with 220 voltage? null

No, this washer should be plugged into a 120 VAC, 60 Hz grounded 3-prong outlet. ^Daphane

If it’s in stock, they can deliver it within a week of scheduling it- be sure to ask about that when you go to purchase it. My washer was out of stock due to the appliance shortage caused by Covid. I had to wait 3 months but when they got it they delivered it earlier than expected. They do not hook it up or remove the old one, FYI. They just bring it in the house. I was pretty disappointed about that.
