QuestionWill this washer fit on LG WDP3S Pedestal?

- Answer 27 inch wide is the requirement. LG themselves told us no. I looked up the specs for this pedestal. They are the same as ours and the washer fit perfectly on the pedestal. While LG said no, BB was willing to give it a try. It fit perfectly. Make sure to tell at the time of purchase that you have a pedestal and that you would like them to install it on top.

QuestionWhen stacked washer goes into spin dryer shakes and squeaks.Installers said that legs need to be low on stacked unit and did not level the washer.Washer does not rock when pushed. Bolts were removed. Is washer defective? WM4370 had same problem.

QuestionHow do you keep the washer odor free?

- Answer I keep the washer door slightly open when not in use so air can properly dry the inside of the washer however I will say lately I find my clothes have a musty order smell if my clothes are left in the washer for any short prior of time after a wash is complete. I am not happy with this washer so if you can return it, do so!

- Answer Adding steam to a washing cycle on the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.5 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Front-Loading Smart Wi-Fi Washer with 6Motion Technology - White, Model # WM3700HWA is an option. The steam option cannot be used with all cycles and steam may not be clearly visible during the steam cycles which is normal. Too much steam could damage clothing.After selecting your desired cycle and settings, you would need to press the cycle option button to select the Steam Option. The button will light up when that option is selected. If the option is not allowed for your selected cycle, a chime will sound twice to alert you and the LED will not illuminate...^IFV

It is recommended that you should take care to sort your clothing into loads that are made up of similar items before loading them into the tub for the best washing results and to reduce the possibility of damage to your clothing...^IFV

- Answer Yes but it's far from obvious. Press the power button to power it On. Do not touch the Dial. Press the Spin speed control. Meaning press the word Spin on the panel. You can keep pressing it to choose spin speed. Press Start. The machine will drain immediately and spin dry at the speed you selected. That's it!

QuestionI have owned this washer for a month and only used the washer twice. I went to use it again and there was a good bit of water in the softener section of the top left drawer that you put detergent etc in. Why did this happen.
