After a little online research at the LG website I tested and confirmed the washing machine was installed incorrectly by Best Buy. They switched the hot water and cold water lines. Several items of clothing were ruined due to their mistake. My first load was on tap water (cold) but the water was extra hot and dye bled onto lighter colored clothing. I am very disappointed in the installation by Best Buy. I am hoping the washing machine will be a winner now that it is installed correctly.
