QuestionWhat's min and max time per washing program?

- Answer Only the Speed Wash has a set time of 15 minutes. All of the others are a calculation of the weight of the load and the options chosen on temperature and spin. However, if you wait until the machine gives you the time, that number is accurate. Just have to stand there a minute or two.

- Answer Hello there. The answer would be No. You don't have to have Wi-Fi connected to your Stackable Smart Front Load Washer. Smart washers and dryers use an internet connection to help you multitask. Typically, you can control your laundry appliances from your smartphone through an app. In addition to remote control and monitoring, the app usually also provides information on how to do laundry and maintain your appliances. ^Jai.

- Answer To provide an optimum washing performance, it is recommended that the hot water temperature from your water heater be set at 120 – 130 °F (48 – 54 °C) and the cold at 60 °F (15 °C). The hot water setting for the washer will be the temperature of the hot water coming from your water heater and the extra hot will be above that temperature. Typically for washing machines, the warm water setting or the medium water setting is between 110°F and 90°F (43.3-32.2°C). And, the cold water setting is between 80°F and 60°F (26.7-15°C)...^IFV

QuestionWhat happened to the drum light? My 12 year old LG Front Loader had a drum light. But this more modern 2019 model does not? The drum it pretty dark, its hard to see in there. Seems like a step backwards for LG on this one.

QuestionDoes the little orange nozzle at the top of the door seal rinse soap off the door and seal, most likely during the rinse cycle? Looking for water running directly down the door and seal outside of the 're circulation' during the wash/rinse cycle itself.

- Answer The TubClean Cycle is designed for easy, periodic maintenance to keep your washer fresh. The cycle uses water jets to clean the wash tub and door, and an air dryer removes excess moisture, helping to keep your high-performing washer in tip-top condition. This is the only cleaning cycle for the washing machine. We do recommend general cleaning after each cycle. After the cycle is finished, wipe the door and the inside of the door seal to remove any moisture. Leave the door open to dry the drum interior. Wipe the body of the washer with a dry cloth to remove any moisture. Proper care of your washer can extend its life. Additional cleaning and care information can be found in the units owner's manual.
