QuestionHi, I wash my clothes in cold water but in the last ten minutes of my wash, the washer automatically switches to hot water, how do I stop this? I know this happens because every time I finish washing and open the washer my clothes is hot.

- Answer All rinses for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.5 cu.ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Front Load Washer with TurboWash™ 360 Technology, Model # WM3900HWA are done in cold water. If the last 10 minutes of your wash is switching to hot water, you may have your hot & cold water inlet hoses switched. If the hoses are connected properly, the washer will need to be inspected to diagnose the issue...^IFV

- Answer LG does not recommend the use of a drip pan. If one must be used, take extra care to follow the instructions provided with the drip pan and make sure the leveling feet are adjusted for firm and even contact with the pan. Use of drip pans and failure to properly level the machine may result in increased vibration and noise during operation. ^Daphane

- Answer Do not exceed the maximum fill line. Never exceed the manufacturer’s recommendations when adding detergent. Using too much detergent can result in detergent buildup in clothing and the washer. ^Daphane

Both dryers are shipped from the factory configured to vent to the rear but can be configured to vent to the bottom or to the sides. Right-side venting is not available on Gas models. You will need to purchase an Adapter Kit, Part # 383EEL9001B that contains the necessary duct components to change the dryer vent location...^IFV

QuestionWhen moving this unit -- we have two sized drum pins - short and longer. Which go on the top and which on the bottom please?

- Answer The longer bolts secure the lower portion of the drum. I believe you will find that attempting to install the bolts in the ‘wrong’ location is actually impossible. The short bolts don’t reach, etc. Good luck.

QuestionCan the Sidekick Pedestal washer be placed on top of the main washer instead of under it? We don't need the storage pedestal under the dryer but would like the Sidekick washer. Would be more aesthetic to have main washer and dryer at the same height.
