“I just purchased this washer & when I use the normal cycle on towels & some articles of clothing, for example, mesh shorts it is pulling the hem out on shorts & towels & leaving towels with strings. Anyone experiencing? Suggestions for another machine?”

• Thank you LG for the response to my first inquiry, however, this happened with the very first load of laundry I did(hem out of clothing/towels & strings on towels) after purchasing the machine and subsequent loads after. What do you suggest?
