Yes it is difficult it's just too deep I fel like I'm going to fall in

I use a pair of long tongs to pick up the clothes at the lowest level of the tub. They work great, and they don't take up any room in my laundry room!

Please try again later.I am 5'3" and it's a little challenging to get the small items on the bottom of the washer...I can get them on my tippee toes, but would recommend having a little step stool next to the washer maybe. Im not complaining because I love the big, deep bin, that was part of the reason we purchased this washer. Love it so far!
