NO, It should not be doing that. When placing your clothes in the washing machine, your center of the machine should not have clothes covering it. Place clothes around the sides of the machine tub, evenly. go around adding layer on layer. Your manual gives directions on how to place clothes in machine. The clothes in the machine must be balanced, so when it spins, it does not mess up the bearings, with an unbalanced load. I hope this makes sense to you. I had to replace my washing machine, because of uneven loads, it got so bad my washing machine sounded like a jet taking off, when it was spinning the clothes dry. I hope I helped.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are sorry to hear you are having issues using your new washing machine. Refer to the following information for how to get the best results from a HE top load washer: Always use a laundry detergent with the HE label. These products are formulated to create fewer suds which is important since so much less water is used. More is not better when there is less water in the mix. Most loads only require one to two teaspoons of HE liquid laundry detergent or one single-dose pack. If you do not use the automatic detergent dispensers, place the detergent in the bottom of the drum BEFORE you add your dirty clothes. All single dose laundry packs must be placed in the bottom of the washer - never the dispenser. This will give the detergent the longest amount of time in the water to help get your clothes clean. When you load a HE top load washer, do not pile the clothes in the center. Evenly distribute the dirty clothes around the edges of the wash plate. This will help balance the load more quickly and speed the wash cycle. Load clothes loosely, and do not load clothes over the maximum guideline on the tub. Clothes need room to circulate in order to get clean. Drop us a line on Twitter at @LGUSSupport, on Facebook www.facebook.com/LGSupportUSA if you need any other assistance. ^CP
