My daughter has a similar washer & she showed me how to remove the soap dispenser. I was amazed on how much water is left is it & now pull it out when done & dry it with paper towel. I leave it out overnight. My machine is only 10 days old so I hope that drying method prevents the odor problem that you have..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you try the tub cleaner fu cation. I have no smell at all. I did read that it is suggested to use the tub cleaner setting once a month.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Any product that contains or uses water to perform a function needs to have 'air flow' to get rid of mildew smell. Leave the lid open when not in use. Wet or damp closed in areas is a great place for mildew and associated odors to thrive. Also run a load (without clothing) with a cup of chlorox every 8 weeks . HOWEVER ALSO RUN AN EXTRA RINSE CYCLE after to ensure good clothing are not ruined by left over droplets of chlorox. As an added measure if your towels do get smelly...add 1/4 cup borax to your load. The above applies to font load or top load washers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ours is new but the instructions say to leave the lid open after each use and to clean monthly which we expect to do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No such problem with my washer which is identical. I leave the lid open all the time so it can try out completely.
