“Film build up covering the tub? I have only washed 6 loads so far, lightly soiled. The last load washed was a small load of baby clothes using HE detergent not even filled all the way to the 1st line on the cup. After the load was done, there is a thick greasy film covering the entire drum. What is this and why did it happen? I always leave the lid open to air dry after wash and ensure there is no detergent residue in the detergent dispenser.”

not enough water you have to pause the machine after the water stop filling and hold the extra water button for 3 seconds to get more water. The sensing water level does not work properly.
