A:AnswerThe stated depth of 28-3/4 is the actual physical depth of the unit. The manual illustrates on page 12 that you need an ADDITIONAL 4" of clearance behind that. In my installation, I have two 60-degree hose adapters, which points the hoses downward instead of straight out the back, which free up enough clearance to allow me to have it about 2.5" - 3" from the wall. So you MUST have at least 31-3/4 inches TOTAL depth available for this unit.
A:Answernot enough water you have to pause the machine after the water stop filling and hold the extra water button for 3 seconds to get more water.
The sensing water level does not work properly.
A:AnswerIt's happening because the machine doesn't work properly! I have the same problem among others... Ever hit the power button by mistake while in the middle of a wash? A too easy thing to do.
A:AnswerThe bottom is plastic. No delicate cycle but then there's no spindle to rough up the load. I would put delicate in this machine as it tends to twist everything up so the potential for damage is great.
A:AnswerYes, it comes in a graphic gray color, however, since the white one was on sale, that's why we went with this color, but the gray is a nice color, as I really do wish it would have been on sale. It's still a great washer, needless of the color.
A:AnswerYou would have to pause the machine and open the lid. The latch locks shut under operation. The detergent goes into a drawer slide that has two plastic cups one for the detergent and one for the water softner.
A:AnswerFront load is a better option for water conservation but only by small amount. I chose the top loader because i did not have to purchase pedestals and there was little compromise.
A:AnswerSounds like a loose thread was pulled out and left spaces behind where the thread was. Most fabrics are woven (one thread crosses over another), and when one layer is removed, it leaves the space behind. I wash my towels separate from everything else. Sheets and pillowcases are washed together only. Perhaps the roughness of the towels snagged one of the threads in the pillowcase and pulled it out?
A:AnswerAll appliances have limited warranties simply because damages are not covered. I sell appliances and have never seen a warranty which covers cosmetic or accidental damages.
A:Answerit does have an internal heater. It actually has a tub clean selection that heats the water hotter than your hot water to clean itself which is nice so you don't need to buy after market cleaners or solution.
