Yes it does have spin cycle only setting

The LG 4.8 cu. Ft. Mega Capacity Top Load Washer with 4-Way™ Agitator & TurboDrum™ Technology, Model # WT7155CW does have a Spin Only option. To activate it, do not select a cycle after pressing the Power button to turn on the washer. Press and hold the Spin button for 3 seconds, then press the Start/Pause button to begin.
