“Put first load, prog Normal wash. It’s been over an hour and still not done. Option for fast wash but in instruction book it says to load only 2 or 3 items is this true?. I am use to my Maytag that would wash a full load in 25 min. How long is fast wash”

Sometimes it'll say 2H (assuming "H" is hours), however, once it begins the cycle it'll reset the time to say 36 mins. The machine determines the actual time once it begins, never go by what it says at the beginning.
