“How many inches is the black "frame" on each side of the TV? Putting it on a shelf rack that has open sides. Specs= 35.7" wide. The TV will fit in. but the vertical support bars have and opening of 34 inches.”

The Physical dimensions of the screen are 35 and a half inches wide by 20 and a half inches tall. The physical stand feet are 27 inches wide and 9 inches deep and 2 inches tall So the television on a table requires 22 and a half inches clearance.
