“Same question that another customer has about the volume. Level 3 is so low its nearly muted, yet level 4 is too loud late at night while everyone else is trying to sleep (I watch tv after midnight due to work schedule). Any suggestions? Thank you”

• Try hooking your TV to a receiver and control volume that way.

• You can try going into the Audio settings in the Menu for ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG - 40" Class (39.5" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - HDTV - Black, Model # 40LH5000 and see if changing the Sound modes helps...^IFV
