If you are receiving the "that didn't work" error message when you choose 4K UHD in displaye settings on your Xbox One S, according to the Xbox support site, the error occurs when the console detects that the TV, in this case, the LG - 43" Class (42.7" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV - Black, Model # 43UH6100, supports 4K, but doesn't support a 60 Hz refresh rate. You will be able to play 4K at other refresh rates, but you won't be able to upscale the system games and apps to 4K. The 43UH6100 is a 60 Hz panel so check to make sure that you do not have the Trumotion 120Hz set to On. Your cables must be HDMI High Speed or HDMI Premium certified and plug the console straight into the TV with the HDMI cable that was included with the Xbox One S or the above mentioned cables....^IFV
