The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG - 43" Class (42.7" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV - Black, Model # 43UH6100 has a native resolution of 3840 x 2160 and will always play content at or as close to that native resolution. The 4K upscaler in the unit will upscale any source material that is not at that resolution, but depending on how much the signal is compressed from where it is being streamed from, it is possible that you will see pixellation, especially if your source is only 720p or 1080i. Without more information on what the source was for the Batman v Superman video you were watching, we cannot determine if that is why the picture is pixellated and some scenes are not clear. You may also want to check that the motion interpolation is turned off (i.e. Trumotion), that might improve your picture quality...^IFV
