Yes it has both of those. LG Content Store and Full browser are supported.

Hello, Yes, we have the 43" and the 49" in this series and both have the LG content store and web browser. This TV was 1/3 less the price of my 60" Samsung smart TV from 3 years ago and it's way better & really awesome. AT&T U-verse can't display the full color content of 2160 or 4K so that's a shame, but it's still a really nice TV. Super light and thin, too!
