“How does this TV look with standard definition signals from the cable company? I currently have a 720p LG 32”. Will it look similar when watching regular cable “Comcast”, or will it be pixelated? Otherwise I watch DVDS or OTA 1080i.”

This LG UHD does NOT pixellate. It can actually display a very beautiful, crisp & solid picture. It offers great sound quality. Just hope you don't experience connectivity issues when connecting or interfacing other products to its inputs as you should be expecting to enjoy.
