• Should be fine.. the Hopper is a DVR .. the LG hardware in the TV itself will convert standard images to close to 4K quality

• LG has a good up-converter for this TV. Basically it will scale lesser resolution images to fairly close to 4K.. I think it works well and having the option of using the 'HDR effect' setting makes it even better for watching. This TV also runs actual HDR but there is not a lot of content out there yet. Netflix at the 12.00 per month level is offering more and more 4K and 4K HDR programming...

• Great question. This TV will display any 4K content that is available. However, this does depend on the signal and content that is provided by the input source. ^RW
