My new LG OLED C9 can't get HBO GO, Apple Plus, or CBS's app. Such lousy software for such an otherwise great and expensive TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My new LG OLED 65" C9PUA can't get HBO GO or Apple TV Plus. Neither app is available on the LG Store. Just did the first up date on the software. on 1/15/2020 No change. Looks like Amazon Prime will this round by default... Anyone know more about this?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This TV does not have an HBO GO or MTV app. So, if I were you (something I've already done), go out and buy a ROKU Express ($30), hook it up to one of the HDMI's on the TV, and then you can easily add the HBO GO app and the MTV app. (and there are many, many, many more apps you can add to the ROKU) There are other streaming devices which would probably work as well.

You can only download and install compatible apps to the LG UK6090PUA 4K HDR Smart LED UHD TV - 43" Class (42.5" Diag), Model # 43UK6090PUA from the LG Content Store (App Store). Regrettably the HBO Go and MTV's app are not compatible apps and are not available for download from the LG Content Store...^IFV
