If your TV started operating slower after the most recent update, please try the following steps, and if they don't work, be sure to send us a DM @LGUSSupport on any of our social media pages! Settings > General > Home Settings > Home Style > Updated Home / Basic Home. Additionally, to disable ads, from Home Settings > Home Promotion > On/Off. ^Ian
