“We are trying to figure how to adjust contrast and color on our new TV. View is darker than we would like and flesh tones are washed out for most of the time. Please advise.”

I had the same problem out of the box. I found the HDR effect picture mode to be the most natural looking.

In the Picture menu, make sure to turn Energy Saving to OFF. Makes a big difference!
