• I used a Bluetooth connection to a soundbar, and had obvious AV lag. The only way it was fixed was using an HDMI connection. I'm not going to assume headphones would be the same, but I would not be surprised if it was.

• No, you cannot use the Bluetooth from the phone to give the TV Bluetooth connectivity. You would need a Bluetooth transmitter connected to the TV. I do not of how to make Bluetooth act like a hotspot such as Wi-fi via a mobile device. ^Daphane
