“I bought my TV online and I’m having a hard time getting it set up. My wifi is connected but when I try to see what channels are available, or click on an app it says the network signal is not there. Do I need to call support or have someone come out?”

I bought mine in store and when I got it home I was able to set it up in less than 30 minutes, so maybe you should call them.
