Does it have an app for HBO Go or HBO NOW? null

Neither the HBO Go nor the HBO NOW apps are available on the LG 43 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV with AI ThinQ® (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UN7300PUF nor are they compatible apps that can be downloaded and installed on the TV from the LG Content Store (App Store). However, Hulu is a preinstalled Premium Content Providers app and you can add HBO to your Hulu base plan and stream HBO shows, hit movies, comedy specials and more. Once you add HBO to your Hulu subscription plan, you can stream HBO using the Hulu or HBO NOW app...^IFV
