• All I can tell you is that when I was trying to decide what TV to purchase I narrowed it down to either a Samsung 43 inch or an LG 43 inch TV, I picked the LG primarily because it was clear that I would be able to use Bluetooth headphones to listen to the TV (and I can) and because one of the reviews I looked at on youtube claimed it had slightly better viewing angle. We too have a long narrow living room. The worst viewing location in our seating area is my recliner. It is located about 7 feet out and 5 feet to the left of the TV. The set seems clear to me from that angle. I hope this helps.

• The room I mounted the TV in is approximately 13' × 15'. TV is on 13' wall. No issues with the viewing angle anywhere in room.
