This TV is not a Roku TV but would work with a Roku box. To use the Spectrum app I’m sure that you first have to have a Spectrum account. If you only want the app to watch on your TV then plugging in to cable would be simplest. The app is used primarily to watch TV on your phone or tablet. The LG is the only 43” TV I’ve ever owned but it is a smart tv and should work as well as any for downloads. Hope this helps!
