QuestionLg 43" 4K 7300 series has two models listed? The item numbers are the same except the last three letters. One says "PUA" for $319... the other says "PUF" for $329. What is the difference?

- Answer The 'PUA' is a 2019 model and its model number is 43UM7300PUA. The "M" in the model number identifies it as a 2019 model. The 'PUF' is a 2020 model and the full model number is 43UN7300PUF and the "N" in the model number identifies it as a 2020 model...^IFV

QuestionI've looked at this tv in the store, and since it was on the wall there wasn't much I was able to see as far as connections and stuff goes. The one thing I want to know is, are there any actual physical buttons for power, channel, volume, etc, on the tv?

- Answer Hi - The option to connect wireless/Bluetooth ear buds was one of the main reasons I chose this TV. It’s easy to connect from the settings menu in the TV. I’m attaching photos to demonstrate. Hope this helps.

- Answer Which screen sizes for the UM7300 series and UN7300 series TV are you inquiring about. The UM7300 series are 209 models and the UN7300 series are 2020 models. Not all the screen sizes in the UM7300series are IPS panels and not all the screen sizes in the UN7300 series are VA panels. Changes for the 2020 UN7300 are Filmmaker mode, Sports Alert, Bluetooth Surround Ready, Who.Where.What, ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode), HGiG HDR Gaming, and the Home Dashboard...^IFV

- Answer The Intelliegent Voice Recognition feature for the LG 43 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV with AI ThinQ® (42.5'' Diag), MOdel # 43UN7300PUF and the LG Magic Remote isn't designed for use with any specific number of people. Once setup, anyone can use it. Voice recognition requires a Magic Remote. The rate of speech recognition may vary depending on the characteristics of the user (voice volume, pronunciation, accent, and talking speed) and the surroundings (noise and TV volume). To achieve accurate recognition of your speech, you must pronounce words in a slow and accurate manner at an appropriate voice volume at a distance of about 10 cm (4 inches) away from the Magic Remote’s microphone. If your speech is not recognized properly, speech recognition may operate differently than you originally intended. You can enter text in text fields using the speech recognition function. Select the Mike button on the keyboard screen to switch to speech input mode...^IFV

- Answer I have purchased the un7300 based upon the review on Rtings.com for TV as PC monitor for the um7300. From the settings etc that I read there doesn't seem to be a difference.

- Answer We regret to read about the issues that you are experiencing with the LG 43 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV with AI ThinQ® (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UN7300PUF and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you have already tried registering and de-registering the TV to no avail, try taking batteries out of the Magic Remote for a few minutes then put them back in an try to register the remote with the TV again. If that doesn't resolve the issue, the TV will require a repair service. The Magic Remote is a Bluetooth device so make sure you don't have anything that might interfere with the TV before calling for service...^IFV
