• We have the same problem. I talked to an LG rep who told me you need a "magic remote" purchased seperately, in order to use Alexa on this tv. Another almost $40!!! Ridiculous! Why lower the price to make a sale, yet require another purchase! Would be like buying a car but the tires are separate!
