“Does this tv have an atsc 3.0 tuner/is it nextgen tv ready? I think I saw on another site that this TV is atsc 1.0 and not nextgen ready. Yes I know that LG is not puting atsc 3.0 in future tvs but some already out have them.”

Thank you for your interest in the LG 43 Inch Class UR9000 series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS 23 w/ ThinQ AI TV (43UR9000PUA) model. The LG 43UR9000PUA TV does not support ATSC 3.0. LG has announced that it will stop including ATSC 3.0 NextGen TV OTA tuners in its TVs due to patent issues. The decision to suspend the inclusion of ATSC 3.0-compatibility in its 2024 television.
