Yes you can. I use a Roku Streambar with mine. It is easy to switch between the 3 inputs using the input button on the remote. That button is at the top right of the remote.

Yes, you can plug in your Roku device using one of the available HDMI ports. Our TV supports multiple HDMI inputs, so you can easily switch between your Roku streaming and local channels from the built-in tuner. Although the remote may not have a dedicated Input button, you can access input selection through the Home menu or by navigating the on-screen options. https://www.lg.com/us/tvs/lg-43ut7590pua-4k-uhd-tv#pdp_specs Please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport if you need further assistance or additional guidance. —Renzo
