Your LG 43” Class UT75 Series TV runs on webOS, which allows you to download additional streaming apps—including the Xfinity Stream app—directly from the LG Content Store. Here’s how you can get it set up: Connect to the Internet: • Make sure your TV is connected to your home Wi-Fi network or via Ethernet. Access the LG Content Store: • Press the Home button on your Magic Remote. • Navigate to and select LG Content Store (usually located at the bottom of the launcher bar). Search for the Xfinity Stream App: • Within the Content Store, use the search icon (🔍) and type “Xfinity Stream.” • Select the Xfinity Stream tile from the results. Download & Install: • Click Install, then Launch when the installation completes. • Sign in using your Xfinity credentials to start streaming. Troubleshooting Tip: If you don’t see the Xfinity Stream app, first ensure your TV’s webOS firmware is up to date: Go to Settings > All Settings > Support > Software Update, and select Check for Updates. After updating, restart your TV by unplugging it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and try the steps above again. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-43-class-ut75-series-led-4k-uhd-smart-webos-tv-2024/6578176.p?skuId=6578176 For any further assistance—like account setup or advanced troubleshooting—please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be more than happy to explore possible solutions with you.
