“We understand that setting up apps can sometimes be a bit confusing.” Sounds condescending. The customers are not confused. They just don’t see the need to release personal info to install an app on top of the +$1k spent on a tv. My previous tv didn’t require it. It’ll be better if future tvs don’t require this either.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, you can’t. Plus the software is pathetic. Get ready for hours of "unable to connect" frustration even after you sign up. Very disappointed. Use a fire stick or other off board ecosystem to enjoy the hardware of this television.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This totally sucks. DO NOT buy an LG tv, they will require this. And you will need to give them your personal info just to use the tv. This total BS.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello there. Thank you for reaching out about your LG 43UT7590PUA TV. We understand that setting up apps can sometimes be a bit confusing. To download apps from the LG Content Store, you will indeed need to create an LG account. This allows you to access the store and manage your downloaded applications. Once you have an account, you can easily download the Vudu app and enjoy your subscription. If you need assistance creating an account or have any further questions, please feel free to send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport. We’re here to help! —Renzo
