I had reached out to both LG support via they’re main website and Best Buy by chat & phone to try to resolve this, but so far no one has been able to get me replacement parts. Very frustrating not being able to use the new TV because it’s missing such an essential part. I wish that LG would have put them in the screw holes like other electronic manufacture do.
