Ngl, I had this issue with my Samsung Tu8000. I just think it's an Internet problem. With so many devices being used in a typical household today, it's common for the connectivity to be lost from time to time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I personally have not had this issue. I suspect that it might be an issue with your wifi router or even service provider. It could also be a malfunction with the TV itself. Check to see if you have the same network issues on another device, if you do then its your internet, if not then its most likely an issue with the TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Im not an expert but it might not be the tv but the wifi or bandwidth. Wifi should be 5G at least for this tv. Sometimes rebooting your wifi might help.
