I didn’t use my router password during set up. It asked for my home network password.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you are sure that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password, and have double-checked the password, and used the correct case (uppercase or lowercase letters), on the LG 48" Class B5 Series OLED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # OLED48B5PUA, try resetting your Wi-Fi password and then enter the new password on your TV. You may also want to try resetting your router. Unplug your router and TV from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug them back in. This can reset your network and may resolve the issue. If the problem persists, a factory reset might be necessary. This will return your TV to its original settings and can resolve deeper software issues. Be aware that this will erase all your personalized settings and installed apps. If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider contacting our Support on social media using our handle @LGUSSUPPORT for further assistance...^Ivan.
