Yes you can any dvd player will work and old movies look way better on the tv

Please try again later.Whether you can connect a DVD player to the LG 48" Class B5 Series OLED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # OLED48B5PUA, depends on what type of DVD player you have. If your DVD Player is an Upscaling DVD Player that has an HDMI output, then it can be connected to any of the HDMI inputs on the TV, except for the HDMI eARC port (HDMI 2), which only supports audio. If your DVD player is an older model that uses the red, white, and yellow RCA cables (Composite or AV ports), or the red, green, and blue cables (Component ports), with their associated red/white cables for audio, you cannot connect it to the TV since those ports are no longer used on current TVs. The OLED48B5PUA does not have those types of ports...^Ivan.
